Description
Abstract
UWIWA (Untersuchung von Wildschäden im Wald) is a project of the Canton Graubünden, executed in the SNP by Walter Abderhalden. A research area consists of a fenced and an unfenced area, both 5x5m big. The fences are bigger in order to allow to walk around and in order to give space to other researchers executing other projects.

Purpose
The fenced and the unfenced areas allow to draw conclusions about the influence of the grazing and of the damages caused by ungulates
