Summary

Survey of forest stand development around the burned are of il Fuorn after the fire of 1951. Spatial analysis within forest fire research (especially fire effects, post fire regeneration, fire ecology), but also other applications (e.g. wildlife habitat analysis adn succession research in general).

Description

Forest border lines adjacent to the burn scar east of Hotel il Fuorn, Ofenpass (Swiss Nationalpark). This line is identical with the outer polygon of the data set veg_br_fuorn
